Hi, I'm Ali Wilson

My career started in the printing industry, working in the family business for 20 years. During those years I learned a great deal about business and commercial printing, working closely with clients, inventory management and print design. While working, I attended the Design Institute of San Diego and then, competed for and won the “Designer of Tomorrow” full year scholarship contest from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.

When my parents retired and we sold the printing business, I was fortunate enough to take time off to start a family. Designer Ali (graphics) opened in 2006. It was a way for me to work around my kiddo's schedule. Now that she is in school, I’m excited to pursue my passion for decorating in addition to graphic design. My background in printing and graphics has given me valuable color and design theory experience that apply to both interior and graphic design. I’ve combined that expertise with specialized staging and redesign skills. Using a lot of creativity and traditional design principles, I’m able to help my clients discover the bliss of living in a home that reflects their style, preferences and personality without breaking the bank. And I still get to design some pretty cool business collateral too!
